Station 2: Now Personally this is my favourite area of White Beach, with the widest selection of restuarants. I found the best restuarants here, for example I had a lobster for 300 peso ( about 6 dollars), its so cheap compared to Europe or the USA. There is plenty of places where you can get cheap seafood, I strongly recommend the market area, you can choose fresh seafood and then go to a restuarant where they will cook it up for you for a small fee.

If you not in the mood for seafood there is plenty of italian, American and fast food outlets to try, they even have an Irish pub there, called the Hobit, where you are served by small waiters, I thought it was different , didnt eat there though, but overall you wont be dissappointed when it comes to food in this zone, I also thought the beach was much nicer than station 1,
I went here during offpeak season and was able to find many double room hotels for under 1000 peso per night, within 100 metres of the beach walk, these accommodations were not on the beach front, but very close by the beach, but I know during peak season prices do increase so I am told.
If your on a budget this area is great, and I actually prefer station 2 to station 1, the beach is much nicer, and the tide does not cover it during peak tide.
