. 1.Bukidnon is known to be the highland paradise in the heart of Mindanao because of its location and beautiful spots. It can offer more than this to the tourists. You’ll never regret coming to Bukidnon because I can guarantee that this is a very nice place where you can find a lot of tourist destinations. These destinations are very  affordable and some are even free for you to come and visit. When you travel along Bukidnon road, you will see the beautiful high mountains ,the gorges, rice fields, and you will be fascinated with the warm people who keep on waving their hands when they see tourists, especially foreigner. It seems that we are so happy to see foreigners in the hinterlands of Bukidnon. We have a lot of spring resorts around Bukidnon which are beautiful and the water is so pure and refreshing!      

 2. Cool climate and unpolluted air. this is what Bukidnon is. There’s still water in the creeks that are safe to drink. We never experience typhoon since it is outside the typhoon belt. We do not have traffic congestion within the province, unless there is an ongoing road parade.

3. Bukidnon is considered by Filipinos to be the food basket of Mindanao because of its agricultural resources. Bukidnon has plantations of sugarcane, corns, rubbers, pineapples, banana and a lot more. It is nature to us to have fruits and vegetables in our backyard for our consumptions and as a source of our income.   

     
 4. The Kaamulan Festival of the Province is held annually in the capital of Bukidnon which is the Malaybalay City. Each year, Kaamulan holds a street dancing that serves as the highlight or one of the attractions of the said celebration. After the street dancing, tourists will really enjoy the dance clinic where all of the participants in the street dancing will teach the tourists about  Bukidnon dances and it is being accompanied by native  drums and bugles. It  make the people dance in joy and pleasure. There is also the breathtaking motocross, off-road challenge, trail riding copetition and rodeo. The tourists will enjoy also watching the indigenous sports of the Bukidnon wherein the participants are the indigenous tribesmen of Bukidnon  namely: Bukidnon, Higaonon, Talaandig, Manobo, Matigsalug, Tigwahanon and Umayamnon. They originally inhabit the province.                     

    5. The warm and hospitable people in the province. People of Bukidnon are very happy to see foreigners visiting our place. It’s our pleasure to welcome the tourists and offer them the best that we can and of what we have. Bukidnon cuisine is also very tasty, especially our native chicken soup. Hotels and lodging houses are very affordable and very cozy.

The Department of Tourism (DOT) is working with the provincial government to package Bukidnon as the summer capital of Northern Mindanao. Decius Esmedalla, DOT tourism officer of North Mindanao said that tourists have more reasons to visit Bukidnon the whole year round. He cited the Kaamulan Festival as one of the most colorful festivals in the region. Other attractions are the Musuan Peak, Spring Resorts of Maramag and lots of nature wonders found within the Province of Bukidnon. This is really a wonderful place to visit and live!
