You will see the scene where a rocky cliff is topped with woods. Of where the shore beside it is with white sand. A beach isolated in an island. A place of solitude, relief, relaxation, your place of peace and quiet. A paradise for divers who seek beautiful and fabulous coral reef or simply just for the nature lovers out there.
The island cove is surprisingly accessible in a narrow passage through the cliff on the beach. Though the resort has only eight cottages, this was made for the main purpose of privacy. You have the choice in having a cottage by the beach front where you can smell the sea first hand and hear the breeze resounding against the cottage’s bamboos or you can opt to be in a cottage at a higher level, where it can give you a beautiful view of the sea, where you can watch the sun go down and birds fly across the horizon. The Cottages are basically made of bamboo, nipa and wooden floors and furnished with wicker furniture.

The largest cottage in the area is known as The Residence, where it is perched high amongst the cottages situated on a cliff. Its windows open directly to the trees and overlooking the sea. Furnished with an interior of native antique furniture. Wooden bench, tables and sideboard, armchair, with decorations of sculpted assorted objects.
Lounge chairs arranged across the shore in a row under a nipa parasol each. It is a place where you would probably keep secret from the waving commercial grounds of beach goers.
To reach the island one would need to travel by air and land. It’s a 75 minute flight from Manila to Dumaguete, and by land would take around 30 minutes from Dumaguete airport to Malatapay and finally to Apo Island.
